Benel Energy was engaged via competitive tender to deliver Well Operations Project Management services for the Atamba field
development program. The fast-tracked campaign included the drilling of two new wells and the commissioning of a brand-new rig in a uniquely challenging amphibious environment a reclaimed swamp location with offshore logistics support.

Benel provided full technical supervision and end-to-end expertise across design, planning, and execution. From mobilization, the team assumed ownership of the well designs, recommending and implementing key modifications that enhanced the overall program. Project execution Ongoing – engaged the new rig contractor and supervised the rig up while prepared ancillary services contracted in a short time window. Spudded and successfully delivered first well. Drilling operations on second well ongoing.
